The objective of the development of each project is to obtain the 3D model and the drawings for final approval and for its production and we start the a 200,000 cycles testing for Structural Calculation.
After the design and development, we start working on production. It has several processes including Turning, Milling, Quality Control, Blasting and Pretreatment. At the end we do the painting.
Our wheels are meticulously crafted using the finest materials, including the trusted Aluminum Alloy T6061. It's excellent strength, good corrosion resistance, high weldability and easily formed.
